How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Both Daria and Andrii are dedicated and hard-working to the task at hand. They deliver as promised and according to plan. In the initial phases (research and strategic pre-planning) we had to go a couple of extra rounds due to limited experiences within the Scandinavian market and working with high-end brands.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Andrii has amazing attention to details and delivers everything within a pixel-perfect grid. All the work is always well-crafted.
Are there any areas for improvement?
From our point of view, the initial research and strategic pre-planning required guidance. Ideally, we'd welcome a more meticulous debrief (commonly understand the core deliverables) before sketching. Spend more time together discussing various alternatives and viewpoints – before jumping to conclusion/ideation.

Since working within our new brand, we see great success and progress. We can surely admit that our students feel very emotional about our school, they share with their friends, so we have more clients, of course.

We still keep communication with the team, we can ask any questions and always get the answers and feedback. Monthly we have common consultations and discuss the issues on further brand development.

I was impressed by the professionalism of Pink Lions, they really were very confident and us to do everything in a correct way. They have great creative and practical at the same time approach. but the main point that Pink Lions team builds the work on the project and collaboration in human - to human way, you feel the understanding and readiness to help and explain everything any minute. We had structured work with good planning and deadlines.

Of course, there is always space for imporovements, so we are trying to keep in touch with Daria and Andrii to make these improvements great and in time.
