I'm the founder of Game of Creators, an advertising and marketing company. We connect brands with content creators through contests, enabling brands to run viral marketing campaigns easily, while creators earn based on performance rather than follower count.

What challenge were you trying to address with Persist Designs?

We needed help taking Game of Creators from an early product to something brands and investors would take seriously.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Persist Designs has handled everything design-related for Game of Creators, from the brand to the product to the pitch. The team has created a new brand identity for us, which we now use across the product, website, and deck. Persist Designs has also designed the brand-side dashboard, which is the full product design for how brands create campaigns, find and manage creators, review submissions, and handle payouts.Moreover, Persist Designs has designed the creator experience, which is the flow creators go through to join contests and submit their work. The team has also designed a three-page website landing experience, including the main home page, a brand page, and a creator page, so each side gets its own story.In addition, Persist Designs has created an investor deck for our pre-seed raise, including the narrative and the design. The goal is to have the story, the product, and the brand all line up so US investors get what we're building in one read. Overall, we want one team to own how Game of Creators looks, works, and gets pitched, so everything says the same thing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest shift has been how people have reacted to us. Investors have understood what we're building much faster with the new deck, and brands have stopped seeing us as an early-stage tool and started treating us like a real platform. Having the brand, product, and pitch all ready together has meant we could go out to raise and onboard brands at the same time instead of fixing things as we went.Moreover, the new brand, product, and deck have made a clear difference in how investors and brands respond to us, and we've been able to move forward on both fronts with a lot more confidence. The best signal is that I stopped having to explain the product. Before, I'd spend half a call clarifying what Game of Creators actually is. Now, with the new deck and brand, people get it in the first few minutes, and the conversation moves to how it works and what's next.

How did Persist Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been solid. We always know what Persist Designs is working on and what's coming next. The team shares work early so we can give feedback before things go too far in one direction. When we send changes, Persist Designs turns them around quickly. Moreover, the team has delivered on time, which matters a lot for us since the deck and brand have to be ready before we go out to raise.In terms of communication, we use virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out the most about Persist Designs is that they think like founders, not just designers. Before getting into visuals, the team has pushed us on positioning, how Game of Creators should come across to brands versus creators versus investors, and that thinking has ended up shaping the brand, the product, and the deck. Most design teams wait for a brief, but Persist Designs has helped us figure out what the brief should be.Moreover, having one team across everything is impressive. Our brand, dashboard, website, and pitch all come from the same team, so everything feels connected. Persist Designs also holds a high bar for their own work, going back and improving things even when we'd be happy to move on.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The first round on a couple of pieces has taken some back and forth before it clicks, which is pretty normal for a brand this new. However, once Persist Designs has had a feel for what we want, things move fast.

The project successfully delivered a complete, modern, and responsive design system for Vibe Agency’s website. Key outcomes included improved brand presentation, clearer communication of services, stronger portfolio visibility, better user navigation, and a more conversion-focused layout for potential clients. The design also helped create a premium and trustworthy digital presence aligned with Vibe Agency’s positioning as an AI, SaaS, Web3, and mobile development agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Persist Designs could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was very positive. One area for improvement could be providing a slightly more detailed design timeline at the beginning of the project, so expectations around each stage are even clearer. Apart from that, Persist Designs was responsive, professional, and flexible throughout the process.
