School attendance tracking app where a teacher can view the list of children assigned to them. Children will be attending multiple lectures in a day. The teacher needs to check-in and out after each of the lectures. Ability to export attendance for each class or student. Ability for generating attendance reports. Students and parents should be able to see the attendance through management software.

Attendance system got implemented with ease for students and parents. Accuracy in measuring attendance and maintenance of transparency for schools. Ease of working for teachers also.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Peritos demonstrated a strong understanding of our scope of works by providing a comprehensive evaluation of our customised app. Their assessment, delivered through a Teams meeting and a detailed written proposal, fully addressed our requirements. As a result, we have proceeded to the next stage of works with Peritos and anticipate building a long-term partnership should this phase prove successful.

From the outset, the team at Peritos demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to delivering quality results.

While there was a minor delay due to the Christmas break, I found this entirely understandable given the time of year. Importantly, the brief pause did not detract from the overall experience. In fact, the high standard of their work more than made up for the slight delay.

The finished product exceeded my expectations, both in terms of quality and attention to detail. Throughout the process, communication remained clear and courteous, making it a smooth and positive collaboration.

What I found most impressive about this company was their ability to quickly grasp the functionality of our app, despite having only limited access to our system. This demonstrated not only strong technical acumen but also a great deal of initiative and adaptability. It was clear that they were able to make the most of the resources available to them, which speaks volumes about their problem-solving skills and proactive approach. This quality is both unique and highly valued in any business partner or client, as it shows they can overcome obstacles and deliver results even when faced with constraints.

While Peritos Solutions demonstrated exceptional technical understanding, initiative, and adaptability, there is room for growth. One potential area for improvement could be enhancing communication seeking regular feedback on their approach could help ensure alignment with our expectations.  Overall, their performance was impressive, but a slightly more transparent and collaborative communication style will strengthen future engagements.

The scope of work included complete AWS server setup and application deployment for our project. Peritos Solutions handled server provisioning, instance configuration, and ensured the AWS environment was properly optimized for performance and reliability. Key deliverables included successful deployment of our application on the AWS server, web server and required software installation, domain and DNS configuration, SSL setup, and basic security hardening. They also performed testing and final verification to confirm the application was running smoothly, along with providing post-deployment support and guidance for future maintenance.

The project was successful because our application was deployed smoothly on AWS and became fully live and accessible without downtime issues. We saw clear improvements in performance, stability, and reliability, with faster loading and a more consistent user experience. The AWS setup was also properly configured for security and scalability, which gave us confidence to handle future traffic and updates. Overall, the deployment was completed on time, everything worked as expected after testing, and we received strong support from the team whenever needed.

Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t face any major issues. They did share the summary over email, but if I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to include the same details in a short PDF handover document as well, so it can be easily saved and referred to in the future. Other than that, everything was handled professionally, and the overall experience was excellent.

The project delivered significant operational and financial improvements across HRMS automation and cloud licensing management. Key measurable outcomes included a 40% improvement in payroll processing and timesheet approval time through workflow automation, resulting in faster turnaround and lower manual effort.We also saw improved accuracy in payroll calculations, KPI tracking, and timesheet management by minimizing errors through automated validations and system integrations. There was a reduction in payroll discrepancies and improved data integrity across HR operations.Moreover, we saw increased user adoption, system usage frequency, and user satisfaction, driven by intuitive dashboards and real-time reporting capabilities. We achieved approximately a 10% reduction in AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 licensing costs through optimized usage alignment, right-sizing, and ongoing licensing discounts.We also saw improved license utilization by reducing unused and underutilized licenses, minimizing resource wastage. There was enhanced financial visibility and cost control through accurate monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Finally, we saw reduced administrative overhead and improved operational efficiency with centralized reporting and governance processes.

We needed help with our AWS Well-Architected Review (WAR) activity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Peritos Solutions conducted an AWS WAR activity for us. The main deliverables from their end were to analyze our infrastructure on three pillars: cost, security, and reliability. They provided detailed findings along with recommendations and helped us implement them. The team helped us with everything from start to end, including reports, documentation, and making changes in our AWS setup.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were able to remediate the findings and make our infrastructure more cost-effective, secure, and reliable. There were 30–40 findings, and using the remediations, we solved 90% of them. We also improved our security using WAF, which made our infrastructure 10 times more secure. For example, our bot attacks were reduced.
