What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Peritos demonstrated a strong understanding of our scope of works by providing a comprehensive evaluation of our customised app. Their assessment, delivered through a Teams meeting and a detailed written proposal, fully addressed our requirements. As a result, we have proceeded to the next stage of works with Peritos and anticipate building a long-term partnership should this phase prove successful.

From the outset, the team at Peritos demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to delivering quality results.

While there was a minor delay due to the Christmas break, I found this entirely understandable given the time of year. Importantly, the brief pause did not detract from the overall experience. In fact, the high standard of their work more than made up for the slight delay.

The finished product exceeded my expectations, both in terms of quality and attention to detail. Throughout the process, communication remained clear and courteous, making it a smooth and positive collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive about this company was their ability to quickly grasp the functionality of our app, despite having only limited access to our system. This demonstrated not only strong technical acumen but also a great deal of initiative and adaptability. It was clear that they were able to make the most of the resources available to them, which speaks volumes about their problem-solving skills and proactive approach. This quality is both unique and highly valued in any business partner or client, as it shows they can overcome obstacles and deliver results even when faced with constraints.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Peritos Solutions could have done differently?

While Peritos Solutions demonstrated exceptional technical understanding, initiative, and adaptability, there is room for growth. One potential area for improvement could be enhancing communication seeking regular feedback on their approach could help ensure alignment with our expectations.  Overall, their performance was impressive, but a slightly more transparent and collaborative communication style will strengthen future engagements.

The scope of work included complete AWS server setup and application deployment for our project. Peritos Solutions handled server provisioning, instance configuration, and ensured the AWS environment was properly optimized for performance and reliability. Key deliverables included successful deployment of our application on the AWS server, web server and required software installation, domain and DNS configuration, SSL setup, and basic security hardening. They also performed testing and final verification to confirm the application was running smoothly, along with providing post-deployment support and guidance for future maintenance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was successful because our application was deployed smoothly on AWS and became fully live and accessible without downtime issues. We saw clear improvements in performance, stability, and reliability, with faster loading and a more consistent user experience. The AWS setup was also properly configured for security and scalability, which gave us confidence to handle future traffic and updates. Overall, the deployment was completed on time, everything worked as expected after testing, and we received strong support from the team whenever needed.

Peritos Solutions managed the project in a very smooth and organized way. They delivered everything on time and followed a clear step-by-step process for the AWS deployment. Communication was consistent, and they kept us updated throughout the work. Whenever we had questions or needed changes, they responded quickly and handled our requests without any delay. Overall, their project management was excellent and very reliable.

What impressed me most about Peritos Solutions was their strong AWS expertise and the way they handled the deployment with complete confidence and clarity. They made the entire process smooth, simple, and stress free, while ensuring everything was properly configured and working perfectly. The team was quick to respond, very cooperative, and genuinely focused on delivering quality results. Their communication and support were outstanding thanks to Vinita for her exceptional coordination and proactive updates throughout the project. That level of professionalism and support is what truly made them stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Peritos Solutions could have done differently?

Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t face any major issues. They did share the summary over email, but if I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to include the same details in a short PDF handover document as well, so it can be easily saved and referred to in the future. Other than that, everything was handled professionally, and the overall experience was excellent.

We needed help with our AWS Well-Architected Review (WAR) activity.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Peritos Solutions conducted an AWS WAR activity for us. The main deliverables from their end were to analyze our infrastructure on three pillars: cost, security, and reliability. They provided detailed findings along with recommendations and helped us implement them. The team helped us with everything from start to end, including reports, documentation, and making changes in our AWS setup.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were able to remediate the findings and make our infrastructure more cost-effective, secure, and reliable. There were 30–40 findings, and using the remediations, we solved 90% of them. We also improved our security using WAF, which made our infrastructure 10 times more secure. For example, our bot attacks were reduced.
