I am CTO for LOMOSO Solutions pvt limited. We have a CRM product that caters to small retail stores of a city. The main focus of the product is customer acquisition, engagement, retention. We have more than 7000 live stores using our product across multiple cities.

For what projects/services did your company hire PerfectQA Services?

We wanted to automate testing process. We hired perfectQA for automation testing of mobile and web application.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted end to end automated testing. It should be part of our CICD process and should run all success and failure cases.

How did you select this vendor?

We met perfectQA from a reference and found them to be very proficient in their domain. We did a pilot with them and were very happy with result so we contracted a full term project with them.

The project was about automation of test case. The automated test case should cover full project with more than 50+ screens of app and web. It should automate each test scenario with success and failure.

The team involved 3 people from perfectQA for automation testing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had fantastic experience with perfectQA. The team was very knowledgeable and worked on many complex cases easily to give us the best output.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were working remotely but due to skype/whatsapp and other media technologies we had ease of communication. We were planning tasks in GIT management tool and team was also logging bugs as well their progress regularly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by their resources' depth of knowledge, and they always had a ready-to-do attitude when facing strict deadlines.
