Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Percento migrated 25 users from legacy POP email accounts to Microsoft 365. The scope also included the installation and configuration of a FortiGate firewall, secure VPN access, SQL Server support and integration with our SoftOne business application. Key deliverables included user and mailbox migration, security configuration, remote access setup, testing and technical support during the transition.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All 25 users were successfully migrated to Microsoft 365. The company gained centralized email management, secure VPN access and improved network protection through the FortiGate firewall. The SQL Server and SoftOne environment continued supporting daily business operations throughout the transition.
