We are in the automotive industry (garage) and focused on restoration and servicing, we engaged with People Prudent Consulting & HR Solution to understand the benchmark General Managers in terms of Gross earnings with benefits offered in the market compared with our current offer.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

It was an easy decision to make as the engagement with People Prudent, especially Mr. Nirmal was a very understanding consultant that listens carefully to your queries and advises accordingly on the procedures and steps of how the project would be conducted. In addition, the time and cost agreed was more beneficial for our company, as we required the report very fast and it was delivered on time. Very Well done.

I had dealt with only one person Mr. Nirmal, who helped and guidance us through the whole project.

We were able to understand after reviewing the report and decided to engage further with People Prudent towards headhunting of the new General Manager for the business as we saw the potential of fulfilling our goal of the business by finding a suitable candidate with the required experience at a reasonable/agreed cost.

It was amazing coordination and very much professional to deal with Mr. Nirmal, as a client I am proud to say they have the qualities required for our businesses to continue with the engagement.

I was impressed with the way they understand our requirements without coming back and forth, and they ask relevant questions and even give advice and solutions. In addition, time is the main factor they are so quick and fast with providing such reports without delay. They are very flexible in terms of communication as well.
