SI Brands, LLC is a brand strategy consulting firm. I am the founder and brand strategist.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pax6 Design Consulting?

We pivoted from an in person experience to a 100% virtual experience. We hired Pax6 Design to develop the products and user experience.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We have worked together in the past on several UX/UI and product design projects. Pax6 was the clear choice when we needed the UX/UI services.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We were taking in-person brand development workshops and consulting services and bringing them online permanently. Pax6 began with research, asking a lot of questions to gain specific clarity about the customer segments we are addressing, the product viability, and the user experience of the website.

The deliverables included product strategy and website prototype. Pax6 met with our web designers, SEO person, and developers to ensure execution met the project goals.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with Pax6 founder Lea on this project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were many positive outcomes from our work together. We were surprised to discover that what we thought was our most viable product was, in fact, the most expensive to lead with. Lea's lean business model and strategic thinking led us to the better choice of leading with services. In addition to that, we have an excellent website design that meets our SEO goals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication with Pax6 is excellent. We brainstormed over Zoom, chatted over email, worked with comments on documents, spreadsheets and on XD Prototype. All deadlines were satisfied within the agreed timeframe.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Pax6 has a thoughtful and practical approach to their work. They demonstrated a unique ability to take ideas and explore them in a limitless, open-minded way. These discussions were framed by her extensive knowledge of business models and how they function. This adds a layer of expertise that is not common in UX design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of.
