Their approach to project management was exceptionally professional. We used Slack, email, and Google Meet for all our project communications. The developer assigned to our project conducted daily meetings with the team, ensuring clear and effective communication. 
What stood out was the developer's proactivity and creativity; he brought forth some excellent ideas that we later implemented. Impressively, he delivered the main functionality ahead of schedule, giving us ample time to refine and polish everything.

What really set this company apart was their remarkable proactivity and the clarity in communication and expectations they maintained throughout the project. Additionally, the quality of their work was evident in the clean and well-designed code they produced. 
Another impressive aspect was their comprehensive and well-structured documentation, which greatly facilitated our understanding and use of their work. This combination of attributes made our experience with them truly unique and commendable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Patternica could have done differently?

The only suggestion I have for Patternica is to increase their marketing efforts. They offer exceptional services that could benefit many more companies if they were more widely known. A stronger presence in the market would allow more businesses to take advantage of their outstanding capabilities. Beyond this, I truly can't think of any areas needing improvement; our experience with them was thoroughly positive and professional.

From all that we searched for online, they provide the best prices, quality of work and flexibility. They are very open to change and fast pace projects.

We had kick off meetings about the projects and how the channel and shipping integrations would work. SOW are then created and they would provide a break down of the scope and the cost of each integration. Testing would be then before allowing the projects to go live.

After going live all the project have been successful they even provide the support for us and are very reliable when getting in contact with customers.

We had a weekly call with their project managers who could communicate updates about the projects, we used email, Slack and freshdesk for communication and ticket querying, all which work very well with my team.

They have a lot experience in the industry and have good general knowledge and understanding of technical concepts. The quality of work is at a very high standard and the cost is very competitive.

Overall, very good and not much to do differently.

Patternica has provided us with a frontend developer to augment our internal staff and assist with platform development. The overall goal was to develop the platform, which would bring designers and clients together for an interior design contest. However, after the first month, we extended the scope of work and added more features to the platform.
