Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the founder of Aam Creative, a creative agency which focuses on telling stories, both verbally & visually for emerging and VC-funded brands.

For what projects/services did your company hire Particle | New York, and what were your goals?

We hired Particle to execute a shoot for brand & social content, with a fashion focus. The outfits were South Asian and artisan made so we needed a partner who would be able to tell that story with depth and detail.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected Particle after various connections within my network had recommended the team. I’ve shot previously with Neeraj on multiple brand campaigns and his professionalism & dedication to his craft ensured to me that the project would be done flawlessly even with my absence.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We did photo & video. We briefed Particle on the outfits and the main goals. They then sent us reference shots which we workshopped together. The process was smooth and easy, and they had a quick turnaround time!

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with Neeraj & Tori. They were both great to work with and went above and beyond to understand our needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The founders of the company absolutely loved working with the Particle team and were highly impressed with the shots. We’ve used the images across social and the website.

They were clear communicators and did everything on time and within scope.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their personal skills most impressive. They were extremely easy to trust and aligned on our creative vision.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No - it was great.

I'm a Marketing Associate at Choco Communications GmbH, food and restaurant industry service providers of an online ordering tool for chefs and suppliers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Particle | New York, and what were your goals?

Developing a culinary masterclass with a supplier in LA about the topic of whole flours to be distributed on different channels (social media, website, and more). The goal is creating educational and quality content to generate awareness about our brand and product within the industry. We developed it as gated content - everyone has access to our teasers but need to sing up though a form to view the full videos.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through an ex colleague working as regional marketer in the US.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We asked for the following deliverables:

• 2 long videos (5-10 minutes)
• 3 short teasers (1 minute)
• 3 instagram reel (1 minute)
• 10-15 raw pictures

The topic of the masterclass is whole grains, divided into the following episodes: - How to make flour blends from whole grains - How to make soba noodles The format is frontal, with dynamic b-roll shoots of food products and tools. The content creation included the inclusion of assets such as music, subtitles, name bars, logo, and text slides.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Jared and Neeraj. Our main contact was Jared, with whom we had an initial brief though a call and a few feedback sessions upon delivery of the different videos through a shared Word Google doc and Vimeo.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We recently started the promotion of the masterclass via social media ads and organic traffic. The traffic, engagement, and acquisition level is still low, however, we got positive reviews from external stakeholders about the quality of the content, as well as from the masterclass speaker.

Our main contact was Jared, with whom we had an initial brief though a call and a few feedback sessions upon delivery of the different videos through a shared Word Google doc and Vimeo. The Particle team was very flexible with scheduling and bid changes. The filming took 1 day, and post-production took about 4 weeks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was reactive and delivered great content. They provided creative b-roll shoots that improved the overall quality of our masterclass while keeping it on brand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No.
