We searched on Google and they were on the first page with very good reviews.

We provided them with a list of people to call, and they cold-called people to get them to sign up for our portal. They then reported back each day with what leads they had generated.

We worked with Hollie and Rob and they debriefed us each day on what they had done regarding calls and leads.

They converted 28 people in 3 days of calling which was 3x the benchmark.

I’m the manager at Open House, a real estate company. We do property rentals.

What challenge were you trying to address with Paragon Sales Solutions?

We were seeking more business owners and property owners, and we wanted to generate more leads from various sources.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Paragon cold-called potential clients and got them interested in our services. They told them about our company, our offer, and what we could do for them. They got them ready for an appointment, looking to convert those leads into business.

They also created video updates of the property market. We provided them with the scripts for them to review, and they helped us film them either outside or in the office. Then, they edited and posted them on YouTube.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Rob (Managing Director) and a sales representative.

How did you come to work with Paragon Sales Solutions?

I originally found Paragon in Fiverr, where they advertise their services. I noticed that they did video marketing, but they explained to me that they also focused on B2B marketing.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between £500–£1,000 (approximately $700–$1,400 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around a year and a half ago, in November 2019. Our partnership is on hold for the moment because of COVID-19, but we’ll continue working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve measured the success of this project based on how many leads we can convert into business. While working together, we received around 200 leads, of which 50% came from direct appointments made by Paragon, and about five of them turned into business.

Our customers were happy with our services, and Paragon helped us achieve a higher return rate from calls than other people that we’ve employed in the past.

How did Paragon Sales Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed really well. I already used Pipedrive, but Paragon also used other tools and managed the database themselves. They also provided me with an Excel spreadsheet, which was fine. We communicated via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The response and conversion rates that Paragon got me were impressive. Additionally, they were very professional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be good if they could achieve an even higher conversion rate. The more leads, the better.
