Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the VP of marketing at CardConnect, a subsidiary of one of the largest payment companies in the world. We focus on payments technology that allows software partners and companies to securely integrate and process payments.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Pandable?

We have a complex message and niche audience, so we needed a partner to help improve our organic search and marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with Pandable to develop a strategy to bring more visitors to our site and more efficiently convert them into customers. We told them about our company, our goals, and our past projects, and Pandable conducted a vast amount of research on our industry to determine best practices. After the audit, we walked through the results and developed an SEO plan to help reach our goals.

We work with three people.

How did you come to work with Pandable?

We’d just built a new portion of our website and were looking for an SEO expert. Someone referred Pandable, so we met with them and a few other firms we’d chosen. Pandable understood our objectives and had great questions that showed they were engaged, so we hired them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since November 2016.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In the past year, organic traffic has increased by 80%, and our conversion rate has gone up by 91%. We’re getting better quality traffic on the site because we’re reaching our target audience. Our keyword rankings have improved, putting us on the first page or even number one for some of them. Pandable has brought a large amount of new business to our company.

How did Pandable perform from a project management standpoint?

We talk on Slack multiple times a week and have biweekly phone calls. They’re great communicators and listen to our problems, concerns, and goals. They’ve helped save us time, energy, and resources.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re continually evolving our strategy to incorporate new trends and ideas, which positions us as a leader in our space. We’re excited to continue working with them because we trust their entire team and have seen their SEO work improve.
