What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed on time, and to specification. Final adjustments and fine tune were handled promptly and effectively, Some minor integration issues with Bubble were rapidly sorted out for us by the vendor even though it was not a result of their work, Pace Labs got it resolved quickly. We are very pleased with the result, it does exactly what we wanted and works better than expected. In terms of quality of work, speed and budget, Pace Labs has been fantastic and we will absolutely work with them again (in fact we just hired them for another project). Highly recommended.

Andrew, the founder, is incredibly proactive, highly communicative, and responsive. The delivered on time or ahead of time unless. Clear understanding of our requests and a creative approach to implementing these as effectively and efficiently as possible. When our requests whefe not clear, they asked specific questions to ensure accuracy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Really proactive, detailed oriented and professional. We received a huge number of proposals form Bubble approved vendors, but Pace Labs approach stood out for its detail, fit with our requests, proactive and startup type creative approach, and overall quality and professionalism. Their work more than lived up to these expectations and it has been a pleasure working Andrew and Pace Labs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pace Labs could have done differently?

None that I can think of.  I assume eventually they will scale the team, and the key goal should be to ensure the same level of quality and professionalism, and business culture, that Andrew has built into the business so far.

The app worked very well and we were able to reach $4,000 MRR on the first month, which exceeded our expectations.

They delivered on time, often earlier than expected. They responded to our needs by building features and designs exactly the way we want, while giving us suggestions whenever necessary.

We got an app that combined data, tasks, and messaging, so we stopped wasting time switching apps. It saved time for everyone on our team. We estimated that we saved around 30% of our time through the unified app and automation. Our team's productivity went up, and our team members were very happy to use the app.

Pace Labs delivered the MVP much faster and at a much lower cost than other agencies. While other agencies estimated a six-month delivery time and a $100,000 quote, Pace Labs delivered the MVP in three weeks. As a result, we had a much faster launch, which was essential for a startup like us. Moreover, the quality of the app was incredibly high.
