Inventory Current Subscriptions: Catgalog all existing subscriptions and their usage within the organization. Evaluate AWS Environment, review current AWS services and configurations to identify how Microsoft products will integrate.  Define requirements, identify business requirements and compliance needs for transferrring Microsoft licenses to AWS. Complience Checks, ensure ongoing compliance with Microsoft and AWS licensing requirements.  Reporting, create reports to track AWS spend and license utilization for mangement review.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ongoing Support and Optimization.  Support plan, establish a support plan for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of Microsoft application and AWS.  Optimization Review, regulary review AWS spend and Microsoft license usage to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Project Initiation, define objectives, clearly outlined the goals of the project, such as improving cost efficiency and ensuering compliance during the license transfer.  Stakeholded indentification, idetify all stakeholes, including IT teams, finance and compliace departments to ensure alignment and support. They gave regular updates, proavtive issue resolutions and they were flexible.

P2 telecom's expertise in telecom solutions, customer-centric approach, and efficient project management stood out.

The managed cybersecurity services they provide across our network brought us past compiance and lowered our cybersecurity insurance cost.
