They set out to optimize our website and blog by targeting keywords, which is something we should have done a long time ago. After three months of optimization (around the end of March), some of our key phrases are ranking on the first page for Google searches. There’s an increase in traffic coming in to my website and I realize the number of enquiries from interested customers who then contact me via the contact form has increased too.

Han Wei is always on the ball. He responds to our inquiries and questions promptly and patiently, briefing me on what they're going to do or have done. The entire project was very transparent as he kept me updated on the progress.

I’m pleasantly surprised when I engaged them. They were upfront and honest, didn't sugarcoat any of it — in my opinion that's what makes them a trustworthy agency.

I can't really put my finger on the areas they should improve because they deliver exactly what I want.

As far as performance wise, they delivered and met our expectation. We are satisfied and do not think there are any improvement needed. We may be looking at engaging them to promote another business vertical.
