Bayswater underwest a rebrand in 2022 and needed a new website to reflect the new brand and promote our broader porfolio of courses and international destinations.

Outloud managed the project well. Of course getting the scope right for website of this size is complex and it did change over the duration of the project. They werefair and reasonable about adapting to our needs.

We think Outloud's key strength is in UI/UX, the sight is lively and represent our new brand well. They understood what we were trying to achieve and delivered a website we are extremely proud of.

How did you select this vendor?

I searched online and found Martin's portfolio

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

we started with branding, Outloud needed to understand the customer so we went through couple intense workshops. Branding ended as huge success. After we jumped in to UX/UI of our App. Right now we are pivoting from the previous MVP (which is typpical i guess...) and Martin is on fire doing his magic!

My team work directly with Martin, the UX/UI designer

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are having positive feadback from potential customers. Outloud perfectly reflected on the vision that we had. Dezign is very user-friendly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow from the Outloud side was great. Many times it was on hold from our team. Outloud work fast.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The designs they delivered are better than I could imagine. He is very user oriented and understands the behavior well. He have my trust.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always space for improvement, at Outloud I havn't found specific area yet.
