Reformulate my brand offer to reconcile some seemingly disparate parts of my offer. The deliverable was a concept for acheiving this.

Then to completely overhaul my webhosting and design to simplify and bring down the cost. The deliverable was setting up the new design and webhosting package

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes were not well defined as this was an expedited project, we had a tight deadline and OOB met it very well but it meant we had to work quickly and iteratively.

Our Own Brand was excellent; they were clear, available, and responsive. A joint slack channel was setup immediately and work felt collaborative and responsive.

We asked Our Own Brand to design and build a new website on Shopify - showcasing our values, brand, and shop. The key deliverables were to create a faster and more streamlined website for customers shopping for beers or booking a table at our taproom in Walworth South London. We asked them to present some designs that encompass our physical branding, making the site look professional and personable with subtle use of animation.

We also asked them for a build-a-box feature to provide customers with a more personalised shopping experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site is spot-on in terms of branding. The team took on board our input and feedback, making sure we were happy with the designs at every stage. They were attentive in getting the site up and running, fixing issues that popped up and building custom segments to suit our needs. The result is a faster, streamlined website that accurately reflects our business and the services we provide.

They were hired by one of my clients, Meadows In The Mountains and they spoke highly of them.

They took each social account and assets and restructured the entire instagram and facebook accounts along with software and schedules that would let me take better control over growing my audience. I found it very useful. They have also recently helped me with copywriting a self funded commercial for the company.

A duo of passionate and intimate creators. A positive energy.

I gained an extra 2k followers. I have also received good feedback on the promotional film they created copy on. But most importantly, I know how to do it myself now, which should save me money. Fingers crossed anyway.

We engaged Our Own Brand to help run a B2B marketing campaign for Shred-it, the document destruction specialists. They developed the strategy, created all content and handled the execution of the campaigns for us, including accompanying content for social media channels.

The team created a sophisticated email campaign for us consisting of both sales and nurture content, developed email templates and designs, bespoke quizzes and branded graphics, all of which hugely increased brand awareness, engagement and sales.

The team are friendly, engaging and a pleasure to deal with. They have a diverse skill set and nothing was ever too much or out of their remit.

Although it is still early for the campaign - we have seen YoY results up 15% on the back of this activity - and the client outbound team is reporting increased awareness when phoning prospects?
