I’m the head of growth at the Centre for Cybersecurity. We provide industry-driven cybersecurity training, offering certification pathways, hands-on labs, and live threat simulations to help professionals and organizations build cyber resilience and stay ahead of evolving digital threats.

What challenge were you trying to address with OTTERDEV?

We needed help with our company's design and branding. We hired OTTERDEV because they understood my requirements very well and could provide solutions that would meet my customers' needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OTTERDEV was responsible for our company's design and branding, focusing on how it would relate to my ideal customer profile. They used that to create the website. The team also worked on the website's UI/UX design, created a CMS, and included SEO in the website build. OTTERDEV provided clear documentation for handover.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

OTTERDEV's work led to significant improvements in our usability testing and SEO scores. Our SEO increased due to the clear website architecture and easy-to-use CMS, which allowed for detailed content to be created.

OTTERDEV's project management was fantastic. The team was very clear on the timeline and deliverables, with many check-ins and updates. We communicated via Discord.

We needed to move from Wordpress to Sanity in under a month. The migration required a full redesign of the site & rearchitecture of the content. There are light integrations with Salesforce as well.
