I am the CEO and founder of the Mobile & Web development company based in Kharkiv, Ukraine. We provide cost-effective digital solutions in mobile, web, and UI|UX design from the year 2016.

We needed to develop a big interface for a very complicated web B2B Government platform that helps users to work with different cities and regions.

To get a high-quality user interface for a complicated web system.

I’ve known the OSOM Agency team for some years. We had decided to work after I had a meeting with their CEO and a team of designers. After this meeting, I was sure that these guys are getting into details and creating outstanding user interfaces.

Describe the project in detail.

The task was to develop a big range of interfaces for the big government portal, where users could work with big data, change layouts and complete different complicated functions to show majors of the cities the result of work.

As a result, we have received a great and very detailed range of pages in Figma, which was very easy to use in the development process.

What was the team composition?

There were two UX/UI Designers and one Project Manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was a very complicated project and not every designer could do it, because you had to know lots of different development features and think about how majors are going to use all these functions. As a result, we have received a very good looking interface that helped majors to easily work with this platform.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Scrum and Jira software for this project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are diving into details and delivering a really great result that helps to make complicated portals much easier to use.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We haven’t found any problems with the project. But I think they could have a better coffee machine :)

I’m an administrator for an IT startup. We specialize in developing mobile applications and digital solutions, but we also offer startup consulting as well as business and digital transformation support.

We engaged OSOM Agency to design, develop, and launch a mobile app. 

What were your goals for this project?

The app would allow users to share video content based on their topics of interest through a platform. We wanted to create the app for iOS devices and launch it for testing and public use as soon as possible.

We compiled a list for four potential app developers. We considered firms we worked with before, vendors we found through online searches and chose based on their case studies, and firms recommended by colleagues. Initial discussions each firm led us to narrow down the list to two companies. We chose OSOM Agency because of their professionalism, their ability to understand our goals, and their top-notch proposal.

We first held meetings with OSOM Agency to go over our vision for the app. We sent them documentation from our internal storyboarding phase. The team then sent us design mockups and wireframes for review. Using our feedback, OSOM Agency then built the app. They created an admin panel in the backend as well as features like private and public sharing, sorting, and location detection. Our side investigated and settling on hosting options in the meantime. Once they finished development, we tested the app on TestFlight and made further adjustments to fit the App Store’s requirements.

We have a main point of contact who interfaces with a few developers behind the scenes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the end of December 2018, we received App Store approval and launched our app to the general public. We’re now working with OSOM Agency to update and promote the app.

OSOM Agency makes communication effortless. We can easily reach all members of the team via phone or email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

OSOM Agency is dedicated to our project’s success and delivering high-quality work. They’ve made our first app development a painless and positive experience. We definitely will work with their team on future projects.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We wanted to go to market a few months prior, but we ran into unexpected issues and had to meet Apple’s requirements. OSOM Agency has provided top-notch work that met our complex scope and our secondary deadline. We prefer having a high-quality product over one delivered more quickly.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Implementing this project allowed us to save five percent of our revenue that we’d previously paid to the ticket-selling service. In addition, finishing the project ahead of schedule saved additional costs. Introducing the new website positively impacted our company’s image and enabled us to attract new corporate clients.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I'm very satisfied with how project management was arranged. Initially, we discussed the key aims for our project with the CEO and then communicated with the team directly. Communication was very quick and effective. The team usually solved all our problems and answered our questions within hours. They were highly professional.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

This was one of the most effective project deliveries that we've had. OSOM Agency skillfully picked up on exactly what we needed for each stage of the project. Their solutions were always to the point, which empowered us to finish the project far ahead of the initial timeline.

There's not much that I can suggest for improvement. I'm quite satisfied with their work.
