Origin Films assisted us in taking on a variety of assignments. They were capable of completing tasks that fell outside of our area of employment. Initially, we requested for assistance with production so that we could focus only on creative direction. They followed the stages carefully and communicated about the project's development. They also have a strong outsourced staff for editing and animation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most significant factor we've found when dealing with production firms is how involved we must be and how many revisions are required. Beacons Point outperformed on all measures. They got involved, brought everyone together, and edited everything quickly. Furthermore, we didn't require revisions; it was fantastic the first time. They had a clear idea of what we were aiming to accomplish.

This project required two revisions and four weeks of production. Every week, either a draft or revised storyboard was finished, or (in the last two weeks) a rough cut of the video was produced. In addition to showcasing our product's new features, we wanted the movie to give viewers the impression that using our app will enable them to produce better results faster and with less friction.

Each week a draft or revision of the storyboard or video was to be delivered, after reviewing / incorporating our feedback from the previous week.

In addition to providing everything on schedule, the Point were amiable and quick to answer any queries we had. they made the entire production enjoyable from beginning to end. This was our first time working with an outside group to create a promo video, and it was also the first time I worked on a storyboard. We were overjoyed with the outcome!

The quantity of work they were able to complete in such a short period of time truly amazed us all. We also appreciated their excellent communication skills; there weren't many changes made again, and the majority of the alterations we asked for were fresh requests founded on internal discussions rather than misinterpretations.

The film involved on site interviews with 3 of the tradespeople whom we work with (at their business addresses), and an interview with me at our office in contries. Filming was done over the course of 2 days.

We began the process with a discovery meeting. Shortly after the discovery meeting, we began collaborating on the voiceover script and storyboard. . The final output file was delivered in early January with both live action and 3d animation that has truly separated us from other providers in the marketplace.

We worked with with an executive producer and producer on the Origin Films team. Feedback was delivered during Zoom meetings, phone calls, and over email throughout the duration of the project. Their team was extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs.

At this time, our video has only been viewed by a select audience but I can say that the impression both externally and within our walls has been significant. This video has set the standard for what's possible and it will elevate our brand.

Even though each project is unique, some stages are always the same. I find it crucial that I stay in constant communication with my respective SPOC so that we can decide on the best course of action in the event that the plan or the price changes. Working together for a long period has allowed for the establishment of this degree of intimacy and working methods. I value the versatility that Origin Films offers.
