I'm the CEO of an online retailer based in Berlin specializing in English-language comic books, manga, and graphic novels, with a focus on Omnibus collections and exceptional customer service across Europe.

What challenge were you trying to address with Organic Hackers?

We needed to upgrade our technical and content SEO to get more organic traffic, see a real difference, and have better placement for our product pages. We also needed a professional audit and someone to keep an eye on our metrics.

Organic Hackers has been auditing, guiding, and checking our SEO. The team has created a list of SEO tasks and has been working through them, starting with the most impactful ones. Organic Hackers has also been flexible when we have less time or urgent matters. The team has helped us clean up our URLs and increase our crawling capacity. Organic Hackers has also helped us index important pages. The team has also helped with localization and page optimization.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In August 2025, we had 22,985 clicks, and in August 2026, we had 79,985 clicks. This is a 341% increase in clicks year over year and an additional 50% increase in revenue directly attributed to SEO. The increase in revenue and clicks has been consistent throughout the year. We've also seen improvements in our position tracking, visibility, and audit scores. Our impressions have tripled, from 50,000 to 150,000, and are steadily growing. We've also seen improvements in our ranking for new keywords. We’ve worked with other SEO agencies before, but none of them came close to the scope, knowledge and level of expertise Organic Hackers brings across all areas of SEO. We started seeing results within the first month, and the progress has continued ever since. No sugarcoating, no vague promises, just clear recommendations and work that actually makes a difference. What we especially appreciate is that they really take the time to understand our e-commerce business and what matters to us. If something isn’t clear, they ask questions instead of making assumptions, listen to our priorities and adapt their approach accordingly. Communication is also very well organised, transparent and easy. Overall, it genuinely feels like working with a team that understands both SEO and our business.
