What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since Optimite took over, we’ve seen a clear increase in the contribution of email to overall revenue, growing from around 16% to approximately 25% of total revenue. Email-driven revenue has also increased meaningfully over the period, with the channel growing faster than the store overall. In addition, both campaigns and automated flows are now contributing more consistently, reflecting a much stronger and more structured email setup.

Project management has been well structured and reliable throughout the engagement. Deliverables have been consistently on time, and the team has maintained a good pace of execution across both campaigns and flows.

They are highly responsive and easy to communicate with, whether for quick updates or more detailed discussions. Feedback is taken on board quickly, and iterations are handled efficiently.

Overall, the team is organised, proactive, and clear in their communication, which has made the working process smooth and straightforward.

What stood out most was the team's organization and the level of oversight from their leadership. There is a clear structure in how they operate, and it’s evident that the work is being actively guided rather than just executed in isolation.

The team works very well together, with strong coordination across strategy, execution, and communication. They are professional, responsive, and operate at a fast pace, which makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day collaboration.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Optimite could have done differently?

At this stage, there are no major areas for improvement that stand out. As with any ongoing engagement, there will always be opportunities to further refine and optimise over time, but overall we’ve been very happy with the structure, execution, and communication so far.

I’m the CEO of an email marketing agency for B2B and D2C brands.

What challenge were you trying to address with Optimite?

We needed a competent design team to support us with our email design process. We could find many freelancers offering email designs, but they didn’t always deliver on time or with good quality. Moreover, we couldn’t scale dynamically with freelancers.

We needed a team that could adjust dynamically to our needs, especially when we had multiple clients wanting to get onboarded at the same time. We also needed a team of designers because we already had email marketers.

Optimite provides us with email design services. The team has helped us design around 1,000 emails, and they’ve created the designs based on our brief and copy.

We work with 8–9 teammates from Optimite. We can reach out to 2–3 people, and they’re always available during working hours. They also try their best to help us with urgent matters.

We had a great onboarding process with Optimite. I had a call with Sushant, who told me about their offer and working process. He also offered me a free email design as a test to ensure they could deliver properly.

Optimite has helped us a lot with our company's scaling process. The team has helped us save a lot of time, and it wouldn’t have been possible without them. Every expectation has been perfectly fulfilled, and the results have exceeded our expectations.

How did Optimite perform from a project management standpoint?

Optimite has a completely structured collaboration and a very clear process. We couldn’t mess up anything because we weren’t that big at the beginning and didn’t have any processes in detail. The team has helped us a lot with structuring our processes and delivering more on time.

Moreover, the team is always open to extra wishes or thoughts and makes them a reality, no matter how complex. Their communication is also very clear, and they always deliver on time, even with very short and spontaneous deadlines. It’s incredible how fast they work.

Everything is good about Optimite. Their capacity is exceptional because most companies don’t have the capacity to deliver a triple amount of work in a week. The team always has that capacity, and the quality of their work is always excellent.

We've worked with Optimite for almost 2 years. They are an extension of our team, we share briefs and they develop and design final Email and SMS deliverables. They perform basic QA and design based on our needs and client-specific brand identity standards. They deliver built email templates in our tool of choice directly (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Omnisend).

They took on client feedback really well and made sure the final product hit the mark every time.

To kickstart the email marketing efforts, the Optimite team set up all essential automation flows, including Abandoned Checkout, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Welcome Series, Customer Win-Back, and Post-Purchase Flows. These automations ensure that we're consistently engaging with customers at every stage of their journey - recovering lost sales, welcoming new users, and reactivating dormant ones.

They also launched an on-site pop-up to capture new visitors and grow our email subscriber list, enabling us to build a high-intent audience for future campaigns.

After establishing the automations, they also created a structured monthly campaign calendar. This allowed us to send weekly emails featuring offers, product launches, and brand updates—keeping our audience informed, engaged, and more likely to convert.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since implementing the website pop-up, our subscriber list has nearly doubled, significantly expanding our reach and building a high-quality audience base. As a result of the improved list growth and targeted email strategy, our email marketing revenue has seen a substantial increase - currently contributing around 30% of our total store revenue. This has made email one of our most effective and high-ROI marketing channels.
