The project was straightforward. They understood our brand, their copywriters wrote the emails, their designers designed them, their email software expert implemented them, and their account manager help us with updates, progress, and any bugs we experienced. Overall, very smooth.

We worked with their account manager and a few of their creative people. They're very friendly, helpful, and professional.

The campaigns and automation are working very well. Results were as expected and we’ve gotten very good feedback.

Pretty seamless. There was lots of effective communication between our teams with very few roadblocks or delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very much on top of their work, deadlines, and communication, and are overall great partners. They are THE email agency we’ll contact for further work or recommend to anyone who is interested in email marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As I’m writing this review, no.

We hired OHM to help us with email marketing. We were looking to start our Email Marketing efforts and the OHM team has been really helpful. Since this was our first time, we were not sure what to expect, but the OHM team took care of everything from planning, implementation, and monitoring our Email Marketing efforts.

We were impressed with OHM from the very first phone call with Jordan, their Managing Director. Even on that initial call, it was evident they were engaged and took the time to understand our pain points and identify how they could help. They are honest, realistic, and transparent -- felt like a true partnership.

After getting to know our brand and discussing our goals, they revamped everything we were previously doing and gave us a considerable increase in revenue within the first couple of months.

Overall, OHM has been able to get us as high as 40% in revenue attributed to Email Marketing

The team at OHM is amazing. They are a smart bunch and communicate very well with our team to keep us up to date on how our campaigns and flows are running. We also like that they are very easy to reach out in Slack which makes it convenient for us to collaborate with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When it comes to email marketing, they know they're the experts. We did not feel the pricing structure was "nickel & diming" us, but instead felt like the OHM guys were members of our team, working together to achieve our goals.

No at the moment as they were able to surpass our expections.

We searched many companies online with no luck and then my previous business partner recommended OHM. We spoke with a few Email Marketing agencies but felt very confident in OHM's email marketing knowledge

The scope of the work is fairly simple. Manage our Email account and get better results than what we were doing on our own internally.

We worked with an Account Manager and several members of the creative team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Finally, at long last, we have email templates that don't require tweaking or guess-and-check fixes each time they are used! We have realized significant time efficiencies with the new email templates.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was excellent. Our Account Manager was proactive and quick to respond throughout the entire project. They were flexible to our requests, fast to turnaround edits, and overall worked very efficiently.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We feel like working with members of our own team. They are accessible, responsive, personable, and overall a great partner for this project. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future. Overall, we were very pleased.

One of our clients that we built and developed their website for needed to implement an email marketing campaign. We reached out to Open House Media in order for them to fulfil this service for us.

How did you select Open House Media and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed several companies recommended by my network, finally selecting OHM as they aligned without goals and had the direct experience with our client's niche.

Our client was using Shopify to handle their eCommerce. We needed to implement an effective series of flows to recapture users and improve underlying sales through things such as abandoned carts, sales and offers and other email flows. The team at Open House came up with a structured plan to implement and improve the flow.

Designing the emails, creating diagrams to explain how they would improve the flow and modelling the potential revenue increases. We worked with them to tailor the experience directly to the end client (which they eventually loved) before signing off and getting them to implement the changes across the board.

At the start, we worked closely with the CEO to organise our slightly odd working arrangement (having an end client and us being the intermediary). But once those initial discussions were settled we started working with 2 Account Managers to create the original spec and processes. We then moved to working with just one and caught up weekly as everything is managed so smoothly we didn't need more than this.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We can't share exact details, but the end client is very happy and the emails have been a great success not only to their revenue but also their brand and customer retention.

With our weekly meetings and our quarterly plans, we feel all of our efforts have been seamless and productive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the most important aspect was that we felt like we were getting personalised service when we know they have lots of other clients. We had quite a few calls at the start because this wasn't a normal working relationship for them and so we wanted to make sure we were completely aligned and presented a united front to the end client. It is that sleek professionalism and adaptability that have impressed us the most.

The delivery of the end product was fantastic but expected. This stood out to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not particularly, I'd say moving forward they should look to have the type of business relationship we worked with modelled as I think it will become increasingly common. Their delivery of the service was outstanding.

We had mutual connections with the executive team at OHM and had only heard good things about the agency as a whole.

They had to start from scratch. We provided all the details about the company background and the assets to be used... and they did everything from there. The agreement was for them to basically set up and manage our Klaviyo account, all the automation (flows), and regular monthly campaigns.
