What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched the website! And as a marketer, I wasn't expecting a massive uptick in any specific KPI, but I wanted to make the brand unique and stand out in the market.
I think we've achieved that.

Yes - they did, although initial scoping could have been stronger. I think we needed a lot more time to do the advanced animations, and I think we should have reflected that in the initial timelines.
Apart from that, Joanna and the team were extremely responsive and always solved problems if they came up.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Concept art. 
Not many design agencies take this part seriously, but it allows us to put together a vision of something without committing. It is a much better approach to branding than I've seen anywhere else, and Rex was very good.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Onteractive could have done differently?

Overall, they are a great agency. 
Just some small issues with scoping and timings - and pushing the devs a little bit harder.
Still, they're one of the best agencies I've worked with in my 12+ years as a marketer.

1. The brand book to outline the core visual identity, including logos, typography, color schemes, and branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
2. The website to consist of six visually appealing pages, with a home page enriched with engaging animations and high-impact visuals to captivate visitors. Other supporting pages to maintain a cohesive design language, incorporating animations and modern design elements to create an interactive and seamless user experience.
