Our company provides financial online services to consumers. As CMO I am responsible for building our brand and driving profitable growth.

For what projects/services did your company hire OGNO, and what were your goals?

We selected Ogno to take us beyond the status quo. In order to scale our proposition in existing markets and enter new markets, we needed a partner that could boost our online presence and reach. Search Engine Marketing was one of the most potential tools for us to look into.

How did you select OGNO and what were the deciding factors?

We were pretty okay with the agency we had, yet when commencing our growth strategy, it became apparent that we needed a partner with deeper knowledge of SEO and SEA, and how we could efficiently scale. Ogno came recommended via one of our investors who heard about them through another portfolio company.

We had a very pleasant intake process with the Ogno team. They already did their homework before we met and surprisingly, they knew more about our online performance than we did. It took them about a week to present a strategy aligned to our goals. After that, it was a matter of connecting our in-house team with the Ogno colleagues to get us up and running.

We had one Ogno account manager supervising our relationship, tracking performance and steering three of their SEO, SEA and Web development specialists. These specialists were also in direct contact with our team members to guide and advice them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The most evident result has been the growth of our customer base. Online conversions, in both our existing and new markets tripled and is continuously on the rise. Another great outcome has been the increased user experience when customers visit us online.

They function pretty much like an extension of our team. They're easy-going, alert, responsible, and available. Also their expertise is simply mind-blowing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their kindness and patience when dealing with us. They carefully listen and ask the right questions. And, they are not afraid to challenge us every now and then which helped us a lot.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be great if they could further expand their social media team since we want to seek for additional opportunities in these channels as well. So, yes, we are very pleased with Ogno. No question.

We hired Ogno to optimize our website and make the necessary optimizations so we would be found more easily by our potential clients. After a careful analysis of our goals vs current situation, we decided to hire them for SEO and SEA services.

We found Ogno on Google when searching for agencies handling SEO. We liked the look and feel of their website, but ultimately made the decision because it felt like they were experts and that they were listening to our needs and understood what we were trying to accomplish.

After we decided to move forward with the partnership Ogno conducted a thorough analysis of our current ranking and position as well as the position of our competitors.

They presented their findings and we evaluated the goals we wanted to achieve. Ogno worked with us to make sure we understood what they're process would be and that we felt comfortable with their recommendations.

From there, they were always available to answer our questions and provided comprehensive reports weekly.

They assigned an expert from SEO and another from SEA who we continue to work with. It was very refreshing to be able to work directly with the experts.

We increased our SERP position and traffic to our website has more than doubled over the course of our relationship. They also helped us fix the conversion flow on our website resulting in more conversions.

They are extremely communicative and always stick to the timeline. We have a direct line to our experts and are welcome to contact them at any time.

Their combined approach to SEO and SEA was unique. In the past agencies we've worked with have treated them separately, this seems to be much more effective.

Of course there's always space for improvement, but overall we are happy with their work.

How did you select OGNO?

Our team searched online for companies that could help us in achieving our goals. After receiving a few offers and discussing in detail the cooperation we deiced to work with OGNO.

As first step we had a series of call that helped the team understand better our brand and resources to prepare a detailed action plan based on our goals. We were doing weekly calls to see how the work was going and adjust if needed the action plan.

What was the team composition?

I've worked only with two members of the team and do not know the team composition of the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our sales from both organic and paid advertisements increased compared to our previous strategy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As mentioned we were doing weekly calls to see how the work was going and adjust if needed the action plan. Nerveless the OGNO team was always available for any other questions and requests.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by the knowledge that this company has and their communication ability.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In the digital marketing world, the information never stops, this is why we think that there is always space for improvement on this side. There is space for improvement when it comes to having the company goal always in mind.
