I'm a teacher and coordinator of cultural management at UTPL, a higher education institution.

What challenge were you trying to address with Oderbiz?

We needed support with the management and monitoring of our social media and digital communication for our art and culture activities.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Oderbiz provides permanent social media management, content strategy, community management, design, and audiovisual production. The team has created images for events, content carousels, short audiovisual productions for Instagram Reels, and larger productions for Facebook and a website for a sacred music festival.

How did you come to work with Oderbiz?

We found Oderbiz through a referral and chose them because they were close to our geographic location.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Oderbiz in July 2022, and our engagement ended in July 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen growth in our followers and positive metrics on our social media. We've increased our Facebook followers from 4,000 to 6,000 and created our Instagram account. Oderbiz's paid promotions have reached our target audience, and we've had several physical events with full attendance in a 900-seat theater.

How did Oderbiz perform from a project management standpoint?

Oderbiz has delivered on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Oderbiz's efficiency and attention to improvement suggestions since the cultural audience is special.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Every project is different, and Oderbiz should internalize each proposal. Digital communication for a company with tangible services isn't the same as for the cultural and creative industry.
