The goal of the app is to make the insurance process simple and convenient for our customers.

We used Slack to communicate by text, and Google Calendar events were used to schedule the calls, demos, etc. For task management, we chose between Trello and Jira and settled on Trello because it seemed like a convenient option for us. All items were delivered on time.

At the stage of discussing the project, we were warned that the company does not have specialists in some narrow domains, but at the same time, they provided us with the services of hiring the right specialist for us. After this we made a detailed plan of work, split it into sprints with a task tracker software, and deadlines for each one. We worked on native mobile app solutions in Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) frameworks.

Within two months, the first phase of development was ready and I was already able to test some of the functions on my smartphone. Next, we started developing a web admin panel. At the end of 2021, I already had the first version of the application and the admin panel ready, but in the process I realized that there was still a lot missing for the full use of the product.
