Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Octopix Digital coded a Shopify theme for our brand. Every product shows a size badge, a flat-pattern drawing and a material spec, all filled in from the product's tags. The unit price changes with the quantity tier, and every colour in a series sits on one product page. On collection pages the boxes are shown side by side at their real sizes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Customers now see each box at its real size and all 9 colours at a glance, so they understand the product without asking us first. The store launched with 61 products and we have since grown it to 159 on the same theme.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They took the time to understand our business before designing anything. Instead of buying a ready-made theme, work with a team that understands your business. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our store was already on Shopify, but on an off-the-shelf theme our products looked ordinary. From the product page a customer couldn't tell a box's size, its colour or which piece of jewellery it fits, so they had to ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Octopix Digital could have done differently?
