I chose this team because they are responsible performers with a high level of expertise. We had known each other before and I was confident in their professional level. They have a lot of experience building web portals and clearly understood what I need based on requirements.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the scope of work. In the beginning, it was the idea of a portal. Then we discussed the parts which the portal includes. Then the team started to create wireframes and on the base of wireframes UI.

The team includes four people: a lead designer, a UI/UX designer, a project manager, and a sales manager.

Each one of our initially agreed-upon milestones was met. The team is attentive to details. The designers successfully handled the challenges at each stage of the work. They are good experts in legal design and implemented the all requirements.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It was clear they cared about the project. We got such a website that fully satisfied our needs. Typography, color palette, and icons formed a visual style that conveys the message "Be clear and attractive" as we want. This individual style sets SaveUA Foundation apart from others. The site has become a functional source of information for Ukrainians, ambassadors, and volunteers.

Communication was the pleasure part of working with Nextpage Agency. We used a combination of messaging channels, video calls, and project management tools to keep in sync. The team was always very responsive, responsible, and proactive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team plunges headlong into the project. They pay attention to details and the meaning of every design element. Since we had limited graphics and a lot of text, the designers made the typography and colors beautify our site while informing the user. The team suggested using Readymag, which saved us time and budget.

I am an executive producer from the team that worked on ‘Breaking into Baikonur’ film. It's the documentary of the DGTL RLGN company and the creative team of the Insiders Project.

We came to Nextpage for digital support for the film. We wanted to create a website and a small engaging interactive, which would help us in popularizing the film. The work of Nextpage exceeded all of our expectations.

We communicate a lot while discussing the ideas and solutions for us. We communicated via mail, Telegram and Google meet. First of all, Nextpage created a game based on the movie, which immerses the player in the 8-bit world of Baikonur. We were able to launch it in advance and hook the audience. After this, they created an amazing website.

We were given two concepts to choose from, and we liked both! The Nextpage team demonstrated their creativity and designed an additional feature for us. The team created a quiz and implemented it on the site. The trick is: only after passing the quiz, users can go to the site and get acquainted with the history of Baikonur, learn more about the film and view the list of film screenings.

All communication was conducted through a project manager who controlled the entire process, collected and transmitted information in both directions. And the Art Director was included in the conversation when it was needed. The technical part of the project.

It’s incredible how much Nextpage`s work has helped us and we`re extremely satisfied. The website is amazing, it works fluently and looks incredible. The game they created is very fun and stylish, our audience liked it very much.

Project management worked well and ​​the communication was clear. The PM has always answered our questions and requests. Nextpage`s team was kind and always proactive, so they kept initiative and project pace on a high level.

The overall scope included:

• create brand identity and choose fonts and colors for our app. Netxpage team provided multiple references so we have a wide variety of approaches to choose from.
• Then we created wireframes and thus refined our app structure
• Then we finalize the screens design and UI kit, so any development team can use and convert this design into a live mobile app.

There were up to 5 people involved: account manager, designer, and art director. CEO of Nextpage personally stayed in touch and controlled execution at most important milestones.

After signing agreement we started actual work with the team. First of all there were series of interviews with project manager and after that they started to deliever to us parts of our future website starting from design concept, animated design, front-end and backend parts. They get almost all of our corrections and we were satisfied with results.

All communication went with project manager. During design concept presentation I told to their art director. I also know that there were working 2 developers, designer and QA on my project.

When our website was deployed and we started marketing activities we got almast 2-4 new leads a day. And about 3000 visitors on our blog.

Every week we got updates on our project from their manager. They answered all of our questions. I would describe our workflow as fluent.

Their creative mindset was amazing. Using this skill we got great website. It's not about creativity for creativity but its more about solving business needs using creative aproach.

I think the cost could be lower. But I also understand that this type of work and its results couldn't be cheap.

We started with a kick off call in which we shared the creative brief and sitemap to make sure that everyone was aligned. The main design lead and CEO were present during that call. After that, the first stage was wireframing, followed by a first draft of the design concept. Once the design concept was approved, we proceeded to the design of all the different pages.

We had a project manager and an art director to guide us along the way. These two people were our main contacts during the entire process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received all the InVision files and are currently in process of building the website by our developer. Since the design is not yet online, it's hard to showcase already some numbers but overall the team is happy with the look and feel.

We had several meetings via Skype and Zoom which facilitated the communication since it's not always easy to explain things in writing. We used a couple of tools to project manage which was Google Excel sheets, InVision and DropBox. The team was also available when a meeting was requested on our end.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their portfolio which demonstrated strong creative skills. In addition, they add a lot of effects to a design which makes them stand out in comparison with the competition.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The one thing I would recommend is to involve more people in the kick off call. This avoids additional feedback rounds later on.
