Our company has grown substantially over the past several years and through acquisition. We were at a point where we needed to raise investments and increase the company's reputation. We rebranded in late 2021, launching a new narrative and product positioning. We needed to go out and start telling our brand story more strategically. One of the best ways to do that is through PR, so we brought BA Content on board to help us share our story, position us as a thought leader in our industry, and help with general awareness and reputation management.

The most impressive thing about them is how organized they are. They report everything to us clearly, and they never drop the ball. Whether it's following up with us to get something submitted, listening to our feedback or providing us with reports of their work, they are always on top of it.

Nothing! Their team has been able to do everything we've requested of them. Stellar work!

They take the time to listen and understand what your company does, and I think that’s the key to it. They try to understand you, what you offer, and your market, which means they are more in tune with your needs.
