Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

During the project the following modules were configured and adapted to our requirements:  General ledger, Procurements, Bank/Cash, Fixed assets, PowerBI reporting (based on PowerCentral). All our requirements and design decisions were compiled into a single document “Conceptual design”.  The system was deployed across three environments: development, UAT (user acceptance testing) and production. All necessary reference data was uploaded, historical transactions were loaded by us as regular transactions  NProgression also conducted training sessions on all configured functionality and provided recordings of these trainings. We later used these trainings for the quick onboarding of new employees.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In fact, we launched the system 'from scratch' in 2 months, including a complete reporting model (using their PowerCentral), which allowed us to resolve issues related to audit and set up the import of trading operations.

The project proceeded according to plan, and when there were deviations, they were due to delays in data preparation on our side. Despite this, the project was completed successfully and within the scheduled timeframe. To manage the project, we organized weekly project status meetings, and for operational communication, the contractor's project manager was always available.

We chose N.Progression as our partner to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The implementation process was well-structured: • the project was broken down into clear tasks with defined timelines and budgets with predictable scope and cost management, • the team provided ready-to-use solutions and data migration process, • N.Progression’s own BI analytics solution (PowerCentral) for Business Central closed our reporting requirements, • For custom functionality, the team facilitated workshops that helped align different departmental requirements into a single concept • Given the complexity of our processes, we anticipated challenges with testing, but on N.Progression’s advice we used TestOps, which made the testing process transparent, with clear scope and accountability on both sides. Through the implementation, N.Progression enabled us to achieve: • financial accounting and reporting across multiple legal entities, • project and cost management for client solution implementations, • integration with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Azure services, • optimization of licensing costs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• reduced month-end closing time from 10 to 4 business days,

• consolidated financials across multiple countries in real time,

• significantly decreased manual data entry and reporting errors,

• automated subscription billing and accelerated invoice processing,

• gave project managers real-time visibility into resource allocation and project costs,

• While the project exceeded the original budget by 18% due to additional requirements uncovered later, budget control was maintained at every stage, making the expansion manageable.

Our collaboration with N.Progression was transparent, with weekly meetings, clear planning, and quick responses to changes. All our requests for Business central optimization were fulfilled, we got solid financial reporting for our business on basis of their PowerCentral solution.
