What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Normand Group has increased our SEO rating by over 100%. Our viewership has also increased from 75,000 to 125,000 in the space of three weeks. We've also seen an increase in our app installs and monetization growth. Our average 28-day SEO page ranking has gone from 34.7 to 8.3.

How did Normand Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Normand Group has been incredibly reliable with timings. They promised that we would receive a full branding kit, a trial poster to see if it was a good fit (for free), two posters, and two videos (one was eight seconds long, and the other was 30 seconds) within 48 hours.Our primary form of communication is email or a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Normand Group's pricing is impressive. We've looked at multiple different agencies and were looking at paying over double the price of Normand Group.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing they need to improve. When we asked for a different narrative on one of our posters, their agent was quick to understand the changes we wanted. On the second attempt, they redesigned the poster, and the final product was better than we expected.
