When we reached Nordleaf, we were looking for a complex solution for our digital marketing. Hiring an outsourced team is much more cost-efficient than hiring all the professionals in-house. We were looking to boost our social media presence with high-quality content and well-thought ad messages. We also were looking to gain more reach and brand awareness.

First, we had a few meetings where we discussed how our business works, our strategy, and how we can improve our social media presence. After that NORDLEAF team presented us with the digital marketing strategy, including content, advertising, organic and paid solutions, opinion leaders' cooperation and even offline marketing ideas, which was their friendly initiative, we started to implement this plan immediately.

They outdid KPI on reach and engagement by 160%, increased brand loyalty by 50% and brought around 500+ conversions per month.

We have team meetings monthly to discuss the results and plan for the next month. We also communicate daily through mail or team chat. The NORDLEAF team is always very quick, helpful and responsive, even when we have some essential last-minute additions at the end of the day.

They love what they do, and you can feel it. They always try to overdeliver and offer more and better than we expect. We enjoy our cooperation.

I’m co-founder of Elogic Commerce. We’re a company in Estonia but have a few offices in Ukraine and Western Europe. We provide digital development services, such as digital transformation, e-commerce, and sales development.

We’re a coding company but don’t have a social media presence. As a result, we’ve hired NORDLEAF to provide us with digital marketing and implementation services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, NORDLEAF checked our social media accounts and worked on figuring out how we could translate them to the market. Since then, they’ve provided us with writers, paid advertisers, specialists, and strategy consultants to manage our digital marketing campaigns. 

They provide most of the content for our social media pages, but we provide the technical content. The team does photo editing, new logo creation, branding, and banner ads. On top of that, they’ve produced a five-minute promotional video for our company — a mix of videotape, animation, and computer graphics. 

Moreover, NORDLEAF has interviewed our followers and us for content generation. They then post the content on our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts as well as on our website. On top of that, their resources respond to social media users and connect them to our website.

For PPC campaigns, we tell them what we want to achieve, our target market, and price points. From there, they create PPC ads and post them on Facebook.

For success metrics, our main goal is to attract more leads to our company through our social media pages. So far, we’ve generated 80 leads — eight times more than our previous leads of only 10. Overall, it’s been amazing working with NORDLEAF.

Our Instagram grew from 10,000 followers to 18,000 in about six months. This became possible thanks to high-quality and interesting content, constant infusion of funds into advertising and cool knowledge of social network algorithms. You can also highlight the growth of the Facebook page by 1000 people in six months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Every week on Monday, the results of the previous week were posted in the chat and plans for the next were written. Also, once a month the project manager sent the results of the month and there was a call based on the results, where feedback was given regarding the next plans.

I really liked the communication with the team. All tasks were solved very quickly and qualitatively, always with a smile.
