I’m the president and CEO of a luxury kitchen interior design company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nord Designs?

Many of our clients expect a very high level of design, and that includes renderings. We wanted to provide our clients with photorealistic plans instead of just 2D drawings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Nord Designs to create photorealistic plans and renderings for our retail showrooms. The renderings help our clients visualize what their luxury kitchens would look like in their homes. My designers would put together the design work for the kitchen and provide Nord Designs with the basics to compose a 3D rendering. 

What is the team composition?

We’ve only interfaced with Anastasiya (Founder), but she has a team of 5–6 people working on our project.

How did you come to work with Nord Designs?

Nord Designs reached out to me through LinkedIn and asked if I had a need for their design service.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent somewhere around $10,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main metrics for us are the quality and the turnaround time of their work. So far, Nord Designs has met our expectations for both, and we’re happy with their work. Nord Designs’ support allows us to grow our business indirectly — As long as the quality of their work is upheld, our designers will have the confidence to rely on their work and spend more time with our customers.

How did Nord Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

Nord Designs has performed well in terms of project management. Everything has been very organized, transparent, and smooth. We haven’t gone outside the budget because we’ve established a fixed price for their renderings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Nord Designs is incredibly professional in the way they deal with us and structure the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if there’s an option for expedited services. We sometimes have instances where we need something in just a matter of days, so that’s something we have to work out with them.

Nord Design provided us with a full office design from A to Z.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a local design studio and decided to proceed with Nord Design due to their excellent experience in the field of office design and capacity to produce over 5000 sqr. meters.

After a series of meetings with the design team - they prepared full documentation and step-by-step solution for design and project implementation.

In total, we worked with 2 designs and 2 visualization persons.
