In May, we at the Excelsior Dolomites Life Resort contacted Matt for a new video and photo shoot to showcase our recently completed renovations and updates. The project began with an initial email, which set the tone for a seamless and professional collaboration.

Scope of Work:

Initial Planning:

Everything was delivered on time, with the exception of the final production and video creation, which took slightly longer than expected due to additional edits and adjustments, such as shortening videos for the website. Despite this, their responsiveness was excellent—they were very prompt in answering emails and addressing our needs throughout the process, ensuring we felt supported at every step.

We truly enjoyed working with Marie and Matt, as their personal and professional qualities complement each other perfectly. Their teamwork was exceptional, and they guided the entire shooting with precision and care.

Overall, the collaboration with NONAME DEPARTMENT was excellent, and the project was managed very professionally. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it would be offering the option to showcase 2-3 video concepts during the final stages. This would allow us to better decide on the pacing, sequence flow, and music direction with more guidance and support.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Typically, companies of this kind are not very effective communicators with corporate clients. We made other projects and requested services from different companies, and the results were not always favorable, to say the least. What I find unique about NONAME DEPARTMENT is their ability to adapt well to your type of business and thoroughly study and analyze the client's needs.

In our case, we come from a complex business with many peculiarities. Nevertheless, it was easy to communicate with the team, and they consistently understood our requests and needs at every moment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NONAME DEPARTMENT could have done differently?

I believe that most of the 'difficulties' in the project were due to the fact that we didn't always have a clear understanding of 'what it should be' or 'how we should present ourselves' to the public at all times. This caused some confusion and, of course, led to a few challenges. Nevertheless, I think it was a fairly smooth project, and the team guided us as best as possible to a successful project results.
