non.agency

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a project manager with 3+ years of experience in link building. Currently working at the SEO Agency and managing the SEO campaigns for multiple clients across the world.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Husky Hamster, and what were your goals?

Husky Hamster is the main vendor in link building for my projects. Link building is an essential part of the SEO strategy and we fully rely on Husky Hamster in this area.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Husky Hamster has a great portfolio, success stories and positive references from the colleagues or competitors. Moreover, the prices are fair and competitive to the best link providers in the world.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

On the consultation sessions we've discussed all the necessary aspects of the cooperation. The manager told me everything in details about their usual processes, communication, reporting, team members and tools they use. I had several concerns on some points but we easily managed to find compromises.

I shared the information about the projects, managers kindly asked several questions campaign-wise to come up with the strategy. The team prepared a link building strategy based on a comprehensive analysis of the backlink profile, link requirement plan, risk management, estimations and potential outcome. The team presented that and answered all my questions on a call.

After that we agreed on deliverables, budget and other important for the campaign aspects and the campaign started. Right now we are working on an ongoing basis and I never had any doubts or concerns about the work. Everything goes smoothly without any delays. The Husky Hamster team showed their professionalism, transparency, and responsibility from the very beginning. and keeps it up till now.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I communicated with the director, account manager and the team of assigned outreach specialists.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I'm totally satisfied with our cooperation. The goals we set for each campaign were achieved. The team delivers really high-quality links on time without any delays. Even when the delay with the necessary information happens from my side, the team is still able to deliver links on time. The managers do their best and put a lot of efforts to provide the best opportunities for links and offer really great link placements.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We agreed on the communication, reporting and the workflow from the very beginning so all work is very transparent and really effective. We're on a direct communication with an account manager so we can chat whenever needed and arrange monthly/weekly calls if it's necessary for the campaign.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Professionalism, transparency, openness, expertise, proactiveness, support, flexibility.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No suggestions so far

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an SEO specialist with 8 years of experience, owner of a small SEO agency providing consulting and technical SEO optimisation. I work with small and medium sized companies and agencies providing SEM and DEV services.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Husky Hamster, and what were your goals?

I started cooperation with HuskyHamster for the purpose of one of my latest projects in the beauty industry on the Polish market - projekt-estetyka.pl. The aim of this project was to build a link profile to boost the domain and increase the organic traffic.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After an initial selection and consultation with colleagues in the industry, I sent enquiries to several link building agencies. After exchanging a few emails, reading the pricing and a short interview where ideas and possible scenarios were presented, I decided that this agency would be the best choice. What I liked the most was the honesty and open approach. I was immediately informed about what they can offer me and which solutions won't work and which ones can bring real benefits

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

After the cooperation was initiated, I sent detailed information about my project, what are the requirements and goals (stabilizing the domain and increasing organic traffic). After a few days I received a set of documents, including an analysis of the current situation of the domain projekt-estetyka.pl and its current competitors.

Moreover, I received a ready link building plan for review and approval. We were in touch via e-mail all the time, I also had the opportunity to discuss the ready strategy during a video call. Everything went smoothly, the proposed strategy met my expectations and only cosmetic changes were made after consultations. After the final approval, the HuskyHamster team started implementing the strategy, which was reported in 1-month cycles.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I spoke directly to two people - the Customer Service and Outreach Manager. A dedicated team of specialists worked on the campaign.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In short, I am very satisfied with the campaign. Link building combined with SEO optimisation resulted in a 180% increase in traffic according to Ahrefs data, which is a spectacular result in such a difficult industry. The cooperation went smoothly and on time, especially on communication, reporting, and consultations.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Initially, communication takes place via emails and video calls, and once the relationship is established, you are given access to Plutio, which includes a mailbox and an overview of the current status of the campaign. Communication is very efficient and replies to messages often appear even within several minutes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

An open and honest approach and advice from experienced people who know what to do. As I mentioned, I have been in the SEO industry for many years and link building is not black magic to me, so I knew exactly what they were talking about and they were right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to my mind

We started working with NON Agency to boost our visibility in search engines and to set up a Google Ads campaign focused on our Web Software Development services. Since then, we've been collaborating on a regular basis and getting great support across all key areas of SEO.

NON Agency helps us shape and adapt our SEO strategy as things change, whether it’s Google’s algorithms or market trends. They run regular technical audits to keep our site in good shape when it comes to crawling, indexing, and performance. We also work together on planning content, from keyword research and topic planning to making sure everything is written in a way that’s clear, relevant, and search-friendly.

On top of that, the team handles ongoing link-building campaigns that help strengthen our domain authority with high-quality backlinks. Their input in content, strategy, and day-to-day SEO has had a real impact on our online visibility.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Since partnering with NON Agency, we’ve seen strong improvements in our SEO performance. Key service-related keywords have moved up in the Search Engine Results Pages, boosting our visibility among the right audience. Organic traffic has grown steadily, and the quality of that traffic has clearly improved, with more relevant visitors engaging with our content. We’ve also recorded gains in domain authority and better metrics across tools like Google Search Console.

Are there any areas for improvement or something non.agency could have done differently?

At this point, we don’t see any major areas for improvement. Early on, we went through a few iterations to fine-tune the style of our content marketing, but that was part of the normal process. After a few rounds of feedback, everything clicked into place and has been working well since.
