I’m the founder and CEO of a digital marketing agency. We focus mostly on search analytics and conversion rate optimization.

What challenge were you trying to address with NoBSdigital?

One of our clients is a data company and they needed support with a complex data analytics project. They wanted a tool to help better interpret their data, so we hired NoBSdigital to lead the project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NoBSdigital served as an extension of our team in creating an analytics tool for our client. They built out several dashboards according to existing specs. Their team used Google Data Studio and other customized reports to improve the analytics process.

We followed a referral from an agency who had worked with my company and NoBSdigital before.

We’ve spent between $60,000–$70,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2018, and the engagement is ongoing. We’re expecting this project to wrap up in one month.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

NoBSdigital has had a great impact on my client, who now has all the dashboards and reporting tools that they need. The third-party support allows my client to make quicker, informed decisions for their business.

How did NoBSdigital perform from a project management standpoint?

They work very well independently—we can give them a deliverable and trust they’ll complete it on time. We tell them our instructions and expectations and they handle everything from there. We primarily communicate through phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their expertise in digital analytics is clear in the work they deliver. They also produce everything according to existing specs and on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Smoother communication with the end-client could be helpful.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If the expectations and deliverables are clear, NoBSdigital will be able to fulfill the client’s needs. Make sure both teams are on the same page, and Vadim will ensure the work is done well.

We needed help defining key performance indicators (KPI) for a client’s digital project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

noBSdigital defined the KPIs and assessed how they would be measured. The team then developed pegging specifications and built Tags. They set up data elements in Google Analytics to track the performance of the visual experience via Google Tag firings.  

What is the team composition?

We worked exclusively with an analytics lead, who communicated with the development team.

My company’s internal resourcing and recruiting department recommended noBSdigital.

We have spent between $25,000­–$50,000.

We worked with noBSdigital from June–Dec. 2018.

The team achieved the defined goals and KPIs. Their work had positive measurable results.

How did noBSdigital perform from a project management standpoint?

The analytics lead was communicative, engaged, and helpful. We interacted over the phone, video chat, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

noBSdigital’s subject matter expertise was noteworthy. The team maintained an active and present role in the project, despite being remote. My experience was positive, and I would gladly work with noBSdigital again.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we didn't notice anything.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Services include discovery, solution definition, solution design, architecture, and reporting. Specifically, the team generates reporting solutions using tools such as Cube and Tableau, and layers that work on top of databases.

We have one main point of contact.

We found them through a referral.

We started working together in March 2017 and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As a result of noBSdigital’s work, our customers are happy and keep returning to us.  

How did noBSdigital perform from a project management standpoint?

They are great in this aspect. We communicate via email, phone, face-to-face conversations, and daily check-ins.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their determination and quality of work stand out. Unlike other companies that do the easy solution, noBSdigital digs deep until they find the right course of action for each client.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m happy because the team completes each of our projects well. However, bigger clients requiring more diverse skill sets may run into areas that they don’t specialize in, such as backend development.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My recommendation is to work with them. I haven’t used anyone else since I found noBSdigital.
