I’m the founder and CEO of Convesio. We’re a self-healing, auto-scaling, platform-as-a-service for creating and managing WordPress websites.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to rank on the first page of Google for the keyword "high availability WordPress hosting". This is a niche, highly competitive keyword, but extremely targeted for our service. Achieving this would drive highly qualified leads.

We interviewed several vendors we found on Google and Clutch and considered around five before choosing Ninja. We wanted this to be a partnership, and Ninja was both technically sound and flexible in working with us and our requirements.

We started the process with a kickoff call where we brainstormed both on- and off-page tactics. Ninja came back to us with several strategies to review, and we decided to move forward with a few we agreed would ensure success.

We allow them direct access to make changes on our site, but we monitor the process and approve the changes before they go live. So far, they’ve modified our meta tags, content, site structure, and internal linking strategies.

Ninja always delivers assets and updates on time. They’ve exceeded our expectations, and at this time we rank in the top three for our desired keyword.

Communication is one of their strengths. They constantly keep me in the loop with metrics and changes in account performance. They’ve also set reasonable deadlines and been available almost around the clock.

Ninja Creative had weekly and monthly reviews that kept the project on track and allowed us to check proposed adjustments to our off-page SEO strategy. Aside from weekly and monthly meetings, we had a dedicated online chat where we could discuss issues in real time. We could also list questions to be answered in the rare instance that their project manager was offline.

We had very poor Google rankings before the project. Since then we’ve moved up to first on several searches, as well as second/third on several more. Our overall visibility has increased dramatically, and Ninja Creative played a significant role in the process.
