The scope of work covered the end-to-end development of a blockchain-based real estate tokenization platform. Nextrope was responsible for designing and implementing the core architecture of the system, including the on-chain smart contract layer and the off-chain application logic. The team delivered key components such as the tokenization module, user management flows, backend services, and the initial version of the frontend interface.

Throughout the project, Nextrope also provided continuous technical consultancy, helping refine the business logic and the overall product architecture as the client’s requirements evolved. Deliverables included technical documentation, smart contract implementations, backend APIs, and iterative product builds aligned with the updated business model.

Nextrope conducted a very thorough analysis of business cases and problems we brought to them and delivered a detailed workshop, together with MBB-style business consultancy deck. Everything was delivered on time and the final result exceeded our expectations.

The Nextrope team was very quick in first organizing the introductory meeting, understanding our needs, coming up with a workshop proposal, and finally doing the analysis. Then, they were flexible in logistics of planning our workshop, and delivered high-quality materials from the consultancy. Those materials we later used internally at our team, after the conclusion of works with Nextrope.

Although we cannot disclose more details, we are finalizing an investment round based on the materials that Nextrope has prepared for us.

Nextrope deployed a dedicated project consultant that coordinated the business part of our cooperation, as well as explained the technical details (especially in terms of software-development) that our team was not fluent in.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The scope of service offered to clients, both in terms of business and financial sides, as well as the actual web development. As so-far the only project in material sciences as a core of our activity that Nextrope supported, we had doubts that they would be able to give us a tailored solution.

However, they proved to be very competent and delivered materials that met our expectations, and even exceeded some of them.
