Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nextrope conducted a very thorough analysis of business cases and problems we brought to them and delivered a detailed workshop, together with MBB-style business consultancy deck. Everything was delivered on time and the final result exceeded our expectations.

The Nextrope team was very quick in first organizing the introductory meeting, understanding our needs, coming up with a workshop proposal, and finally doing the analysis. Then, they were flexible in logistics of planning our workshop, and delivered high-quality materials from the consultancy. Those materials we later used internally at our team, after the conclusion of works with Nextrope.

I was particularly impressed by the business applicability and usefulness of the information delivered in the consultancy, which was on the standard of big consulting companies (MBB, Big4). With the business information delivered by Nextrope, we are confident to make our internal BizDev decisions.

Creating an EIP-20 token dedicated to our platform and a system to connect the wallet. The company's main goal was to secure all transactions in case of a significant failure and also to enable cross-chain swaps of our token.

Nextrope has implemented a solution that enabled designating addresses. It allows to secure tokens in case of a failure and having an emergency switch to freeze all token transfers. Moreover, the token is compatible with AnySwapV5ERC20 which means it works with cross-chain swaps.

The Nextrope’s work aligns with our vision. The token was successfully delivered on time and they helped us reach important developmental milestones in creating our system.

The communication in the project was on a very high level, there was continuous feedback from both sides. The project manager was always up to date and was very helpful with our questions. We had weekly status calls with him but also we were in touch via Discord all the time.

It was a pleasure to work with a competent team. The cooperation went smooth and they followed through on their promises. Also, the Nextrope team was very flexible and prepared to go above and beyond to complete the project.

Although we cannot disclose more details, we are finalizing an investment round based on the materials that Nextrope has prepared for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Nextrope deployed a dedicated project consultant that coordinated the business part of our cooperation, as well as explained the technical details (especially in terms of software-development) that our team was not fluent in.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The scope of service offered to clients, both in terms of business and financial sides, as well as the actual web development. As so-far the only project in material sciences as a core of our activity that Nextrope supported, we had doubts that they would be able to give us a tailored solution.

However, they proved to be very competent and delivered materials that met our expectations, and even exceeded some of them.
