My experience collaborating with Muhammad Salman Sikander from NextON Solutions LTD began on March 26th. Initially, there were assurances that the task would be completed within 24 hours, despite it being evident that this timeline wasn't feasible. Unfortunately, these promises persisted throughout our collaboration. Regrettably, payment was made upfront, which in hindsight seems to have been a mistake. Communication regarding the project was intended to be conducted through a specific application, with another designated point of contact. 
However, Muhammad mentioned using a different application after payment was made. When reminded about the agreed-upon communication platform, he assured me that the switch would be made but failed to do so. After several days of silence, inquiries about the project's progress on April 2nd were met with vague responses citing numerous issues. Subsequent follow-ups yielded little clarity or progress. Despite Muhammad's acknowledgment of the project's delays, there was no proactive effort to rectify the situation. Moreover, promises of delivering a report within a few days went unfulfilled. 
On April 9th, Muhammad indicated completion of his part of the project, despite unresolved issues that were flagged from the outset. Shockingly, he requested additional budget to address these outstanding issues. This request was denied, and assurances were given that solutions to the identified problems would be provided promptly. Unfortunately, no solutions were ever forthcoming. In our last communication on April 17th, Muhammad attempted to pass off a previously sent PDF file as a resolution to the issues, which was inadequate as it wasn't an online document and lacked the promised corrections. 
In summary, I would caution future partners considering collaboration with Muhammad Salman Sikander to thoroughly evaluate whether his working style aligns with their expectations and standards. While the project may have concluded, the unresolved issues and lack of accountability leave much to be desired. The circus has left, but the clown has stayed.

When I asked for feedback, I was told that there were a lot of problems. A few more days passed, and I asked again what was going on. This time the answer was: this is a time-consuming process. Note that time is moving forward and within the promised 24h hours almost two weeks have passed without any communication from Muhammad. Finally, it is promised that the report will be in few days. Of course, I did not receive it then. 
He mentions that he is working with a few more developers and is waiting for feedback from them. (Although he was the only one who took on the task, we as a company were not aware that the task would be outsourced to other developers.) On 9 April I got a couple of notes from Muhammad on the task and he seems to think that the project is finished from his side. There are no solutions to the problems that he was informed would be needed from the very beginning. 
And, most interestingly, the project is not finished, but Muhammad asks for more budget, mentioning that he will then offer a detailed description of the problems then. Nothing was done in time to get the project from the beginning, he promised to do it in 24 hours, we knew that was impossible, so we reckoned it could be a week. There was no communication from him at all, I had to "go to him" all the time with questions about what was going on, whether he had started the project or not. Another interesting thing is how "well" the task was done in the first place, which we will only know when another company has tested the task again. To give an example of how Muhamad has analysed the task, his answers to all the test questions are in a few words:

3. (No, Same issue.) 
4. (No, we can not create orders manually using this app. Please focus on creating this app and also give multiple rates by default according to delivery time and date.) 
5. (Done easily)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Individuals and businesses should check whether the account on the invoice to which the payment is to be made is a company account or belongs to an individual - Muhamad. Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about our almost month-long cooperation, because nothing positive happened.
