A slightly faster ramp-up during the initial data preparation and annotation phase could have accelerated early model development. Additionally, providing more pre-built templates or guidelines for integrating their solutions into legacy systems might have reduced minor initial adjustments on our side.

We encountered some typical challenges during implementation. For example, collecting and annotating high-quality images took more time than initially expected. Additionally, some of our existing tools required additional adjustments to seamlessly integrate the LLM-based chatbot and translation modules.
