I am the founder and day to day manager of the Omnis Bookkeeping & Business Solutions. We manage the financials of 50+ companies on a monthly basis.

We hired Next Generation Company to outsource our client bookkeeping work. They manage quickbooks accounts, interact with quickbooks, etc.

What were your goals for this engagement?

We wanted to hand off between 5 and 10 clients up front with minimal supervision with the expectation to hand off more down the line.

How did you select this vendor?

Tony reached out to me after he saw a post on an accounting group I was a part of to see if we were interested. We did a zoom call and discussed our needs and decided it was a good fit

They handle the day to day bookkeeping for our clients, including inputting transactions, reconciling the accounts, sending client reports, communication with clients, and more. They use Quickbooks, Liscio, Jetpack, and Slack to communicate both internally and externally.

We are billed hourly on a monthly basis

What was the team composition?

We deal directly with Ana and Tony. Eventually we may deal with a Senior Accountant but have not been handed off at this time.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Everything has been great! They are taking on more clients and handling them effectively. I have gotten great feedback from my clients on the work.

Workflow has been great. We discuss any issues (such as access or questions) via email or slack. They communicate with clients via Liscio

They have picked up all projects quickly and easily. They are open to any challenge
