I’m an executive of Southampton Stringing, a sports company that restrings tennis, badminton, and squash rackets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Next Chapter Creative?

I needed a website, full branding, logo design, business cards, flyers, and clothing to help get my business started.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Next Chapter Creative built my website from scratch, including sorting out a domain and subscription option. The team also created my branding from scratch. 
Our goal was to appear more professional and get more customer conversions and the site ranking higher on Google.

I found Next Chapter Creative through a Google search. I chose them because they were very personable and able to keep within my budget.

I spent £1,200 (approximately $1,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in August 2021, and the engagement lasted about four weeks.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Next Chapter Creative’s work helped me appear more professional and get more customer conversions. My Google ranking shot up, and my customer conversions went way up, meaning far more sales. In fact, my sales were up 200% within three months. The website has been a great success and is now the number one option in Hampshire for racket stringing. A lot of other stringers have commented on how professional my website looks.

How did Next Chapter Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Next Chapter Creative delivered on time and went above and beyond my expectations. Everything went very smoothly. I let Laura (Creative Director) lead and do what she thought was best for my business. She even showed me how to add my own updates so I could manage the basics of the website going forward. I mainly communicated with the team through email and a couple of phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything was personable, and the communication was exceptional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Next Chapter Creative to improve.
