No after payment was made it took lot of time to hear back from them. I was extremely dissatisfied.

Yes I think they need to hire staff members who have detailed knowledge. They took weeks to reply to me after payment and even after waiting consulting provided was very basic.

Second, they delivered a working browser extension that other companies had deemed too challenging to undertake. Both projects showed clear progression - the chatbot was completed within a month, while the browser extension was developed iteratively over several months, with each iteration bringing new functionality.

They consistently delivered according to agreed timelines and showed remarkable flexibility in working around my schedule. The team was structured with both a senior architect and a more junior developer, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining quality.

 They were particularly responsive to feedback and requirements, willing to work with my existing code and prototypes rather than starting from scratch - a approach that many other companies were unwilling to take.

Their willingness to adapt to client preferences and technical input, while maintaining project momentum, ultimately led to successful outcomes that fully met requirements.

While Newtuple's performance was consistently strong, future projects might benefit from implementing a structured ticket-based system from the start, as we successfully did later in our engagement.
