Second, they delivered a working browser extension that other companies had deemed too challenging to undertake. Both projects showed clear progression - the chatbot was completed within a month, while the browser extension was developed iteratively over several months, with each iteration bringing new functionality.

The team was structured with both a senior architect and a more junior developer, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining quality.

While Newtuple's performance was consistently strong, future projects might benefit from implementing a structured ticket-based system from the start, as we successfully did later in our engagement.
