What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

New Heights kept our organization at the top of mind for reporters and advocates throughout each election cycle and was integral to helping our organization shape the narrative around trustworthy election outcomes in 2020 and 2022. We remain a nonpartisan trusted resource, who is extremely responsive and proactive to a given news cycle.

New Heights is prompt and delivers items on time. They were flexible with our timelines and cognizant of our workload. They became integrated in our project management tool (Asana) in 2022 which greatly helped streamline the process between us (company) and them (consultant).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Primarily, their availability and responsiveness. As communications consultants, they deliver around the clock for their clients. They are also aligned with pro-democracy principles and care about the issues facing our country, which makes working with them a bonus!

Are there any areas for improvement or something New Heights Communications could have done differently?

When our primary consultant left, they didn't immediately have someone on the bench who could step in and manage our account, although the President stepped in to consult and the transition to a new primary consultant has gone well.
