NetWize has been our primary IT provider for 14 years. They continue to take care of our entire IT infrastructure, end users, cybersecurity, backups and compliance.

Our IT has been near bulletproof for over 14 years now. We have support when and where we need it and trust the results. We have been able to recover data from our backups when data has been lost or deleted. We have passed our security audits time and time again. We trust NetWize as our IT provider. Knowing and trusting that our day to day is in good hands, we are able to sit down together and proactively plan our IT strategy.

NetWize has consitantly met deadlines, resolved isues on time and have very clearly communicated with us along the way. They are available anytime we need them and often times are resolving issues before we even knew a problem existed.

NetWize ticks all the boxes for us. They are honest. Whether it benefits them or not, they shoot us straight and stand behind us. The employees and engineers they have on staff are all at a high level, both in IT and in communicating with our staff. They are able to communicate technical matters in simple language, making our staff feel heard, well guided and fully supported. NetWize takes partnership to heart and has maintained our best interests throughout the entirety of our 14 year partnership. They have always gone above and beyond and continue to do so. We trust them completely and value this relationship we have built together.

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about NetWize. If I had to be critical, I’d say that because they are so thorough and detail-oriented, sometimes projects take a little longer than expected. However, this is usually because they are ensuring everything is done right the first time, which ultimately benefits us in the long run.

We engaged with NetWize to help our growing company as it was hard to keep up with IT as our current rate of growth. NetWize had the framework already established to help us onboard employees and utilize technology to help us grow. They are very security conscious, and helped us improve our complex security needs. They established a end user security training and testing program for us, implemented a disaster recovery plan which they frequently test, onboarded all of our mobile devices with an MDM solution, and created redunancy with our systems. They helped us reduce our annual spend in Microsoft and Cisco licensing as well.

We had so many projects and tasks for them, all with different requirements. They were able to complete them all in a timely manner, while continuing to support our end users.

In managing delvierables, communication is key and this is where they excel. They are always quick to give very detailed updates, timelines, etc. We have a dedicated resource to go to whenever we need assistance.

NetWize gets things done. I am impressed at how well they communicate with our employees and keep everyone in the loop. They are so patient and kind with our employees as well. Very friendly engineers.

There isnt any specific area of improvement I can think of. Whenever there are issues, they are quickly addressed and that is somethign you dont always see in other business partnerships.

We price check our vendors and NetWize always undercuts their competitors

No, despite being in a different state, they have supported as as if they were next door. They come onsite when needed, but we have had nothing but great interactions and experiences with them.

We needed help from an MSP that could tackle all our legacy systems and support a large non-technical staff, and NetWize has been a great partner in this.

Their support is top-notch and have been able to manage all of our custom apps, in addition to Exchange Online, Sharepoint and Teams deployment. Our network has been revamped by them and is running so smooth now.

They have taken good care of our and our IT needs. Anyting IT, they are on it. We have always had a great experience in every interaction with them.
