I’m the CEO of a product consulting company. We’re sometimes contracted to build businesses from scratch, setting up functions such as engineering, SEO, promotion, and advertising. We’ve been around for seven years and have helped multiple startups.

We've completed quite a few projects with them in industries such as education technology, legal technology, and finance. They also do PPC campaigns, tailoring them to be perfect for the client's business. Our engagements typically run anywhere from 3–9 months, with the PPC campaigns finishing faster and the SEO projects taking longer.

We work primarily with a project manager. We haven't tracked how many other resources are used on each project, but they've been able to scale up to meet our needs. On one of the projects, for instance, they had a team of seven people that handled functions such as research, analysis, SEO, PPC campaigns, and technical SEO. Their in-house engineers always help with any technical SEO work that arises.

They've performed really well. Their work typically increases conversion rates from less than 1% to at least 10%. It’s a great achievement, specifically for some of the legal technology projects that we’ve been working on. The reports they've put together at the end of each marketing and advertisement cycle have been great as well. They allow us to measure results and compare them across periods.

I haven’t had any issues with their project management style. Their execution is really great, and they’re always doing things on time and within budget. They under promise but overdeliver, which is great.

The quality of their work is exceptional. Bringing a project that has zero presence and marketing to a real success is an unbelievable achievement. Their proficiency with white hat SEO, in particular, has worked wonders for our clients' online presences

They could hire more staff. If they had had resources available right away, it’d be really great.
