Initially, the scope of work was about implementing the vesting mechanism of our tokens for the stakeholders and creating deployment scripts. Later on, it was changed and extended by additional tasks related to fixing work (smart contracts) started by someone else, adding MultiSig signature for token distribution, verifying deployment scripts in the test environment, and assistance with deployment to the production environment.

As the Neti team joined us to help us on the later stage there was no need to introduce full project management. Instead of this we defined the expectations/deliverables which we expected will be fullfiled by Neti team. Dev team dispached them one by one. We hade short but regular meetings to sync "what's the progress" and after implementing the tasks - small demo or meeting where it was explained/demonstrated.

Devs from Neti used trello to track the progress internally, so we were able also to check the current state without having a call. For quick questions we used Telegram (as a chat). They worked in the agreed timeframe and quickly adapted to new requirements.

We constantly had the impression that management and devs from Neti want to understand the goal and propose a solution that will meet our requirements today but also in the future. Most of similar companies care only about dragging tasks from "todo" to "done" column; Neti was different.

Not really. It was a small project with very short deadline, so I don't think we or Neti could do better. Both sides adapted to the reality and did their best to deliver "on time".

The second deliverable was an integration to a DeFi lending protocol and management of the tokens.

The third and final deliverable was a set of services and databases built around the smart contracts that calculates user deposits and withdrawals from LP positions.

Our ongoing partnership started in December 2021 and we are in the planning stages for a further collaboration for the next stage of development.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve hit our initial milestones for the three development phases during the prototyping phase of the product, resulting in the delivery of a clean frontend that allows users to deposit and withdraw into actively managed Uniswap v3 pools.

Urgent requests were dealt with promptly and tight deadlines were met reasonably.

I highly appreciate their out-of-the-box thinking, problem-solving abilities and their attention to detail.

In reaction to the COVID crisis, we developed a new app from scratch and successfully launched the app three months ago.

We tried a few different vendors. We found NetiSoft on LinkedIn, tried them and they were way better than the other ones we were trying so we fired the others and kept Neti.

Neti as a team has been incredible. They have picked up blockchain development with just a little help from me, and they consistently fill in the gaps in our design with intelligence and alacrity.

How did Neti perform from a project management standpoint?

I don’t particularly appreciate working with software houses because they demand written requirements. Still, Neti has a different approach to everyone else I’ve worked with in terms of communication, which I like. Regarding tools, we use phone calls and email.

Overall, they’ve delivered everything on time, and they’re there when I call them. They’re also able to explain things to me in a way I can understand — their client collaboration is extraordinary!

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at identifying solutions; I came to them with some bullet points of what I needed, and they explained to me how we should write everything down and how they could improve on the solution. I never got this experience with another software house in Poland.

Neti proposes the best and cheapest solutions on the market; they’re not greedy. Most Polish software houses are expensive, so I'm amazed in this case because, with them, it's more about the working relationship than the money.
