At times the experience got frustrating however they were committed and responsive and worked with us until the job was done.

They provided deliverables with good quality, always on time, with an excellent support and multiple times helped us more than the necessary, always having patience with extressful situations on the context of the project (changes requested by the client on last minute, etc). They always did the best as possible to deliver to us what we needed.

They try to be sure that all requirements are well defined by us, and all involved people are in the same page. They are good estimating timings and providing deliavebles on time. 
I don´t have exactly numbers here, but lets say that 95% of the deliaverables were perfect, just some few times we found small bugs, but having in context how the project itself was, I consider they did an amazing job.

The Account Manager and the Senior Developer in charge has an excelent level of seniority on their domains, having everything under control on their side. 
One thing  I would want to highlit is the fact the entire team is very polite. The comunication is easy with them. They put effort into trying to provide the best service in an organic way. They are good on tecnicall skils and also on soft skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Netclues Inc. could have done differently?

In some occasions, when new releases were made on that WordPress project mentioned before, the translations made on the WPML plugin were lost. It happened more than once and to have it under control on future releases is important. It was also reported directed to them, but, as I said, that specific project was complicated and I can not blame then by some mistakes like that. When putting in a balance everything they did for us, this kind of problems is not relevent enought for considering important.

When juggling multiple priorities (like launching a new brand, integrating third-party tools, and meeting compliance standards), having more formalized project tracking — such as shared timelines, live task boards, or centralized change logs — could reduce the back-and-forth and keep everything 100% transparent across teams.

That said, whenever we flagged something, Netclues listened and adapted quickly, which is a major strength in itself. They've already improved significantly in this area in recent years, especially as their team and international presence have grown.

In short, any minor gaps were more than outweighed by their responsiveness, reliability, and deep commitment to getting things right.

Yes, our ideas are being listened to, but what about telling us your ideas for more growth and to make our website awesome on an international level. Additionally to get us intiated with Google Ads as we have mentioned before! We are interested in a YouTube Chanel too. Sometimes time differences may be challenging when corresponding via emails.
